EMAILit MASS MAILING

EMAILit was developed by TEN4 to cater for the sending of newsletters, brochures and the like to your customers and other interested parties.
The system is user friendly and allows you to independently create and maintain your own contact database and mail register. You decide when, to whom and how many emails you wish to send

Contact database
You create your own database of contact people. EMAILit is seamless with TEN4 Contact and other TEN4 systems, should you wish to subscribe thereto.
Email structure
Each email consists of:
Header
Containing your company logo, company name, full contact details, ie similar to what would appear on your letterhead
Salutation
Each email is personalised and will show the addressee's company, title and name (eg Dear Mr Smith), with option to address the person as Dear John
Body
Containing up to five paragraphs, each with narrative and one image
Closing
Containing the designated sender's name, title and contact details (optional)
Bandwith
Sending emails to a large number of recipients yourself has a significant impact on your bandwith usage and time taken. Using EMAILit, the email is in fact sent from the ISP, ie no additional bandwidth is used and the emails are sent within a matter of seconds
